I want to eat these.... badly

Who wants to come over for an oreo truffle making party?! Hmm... I have a feeling these could be a fun mommy/daughter project over Christmas (with both of my moms since I know they are probably both drooling over these. AND I certainly wouldn't mind a double dose...)
