a good report

I am happy to say that the drive back went much better than the first time around.

We weren't as sick (still had some lingering congestion), we took a 3ish hour break to sleep in a hotel parking lot, and there wasn't any throwing up and trying to find an open gas station at 2 am.
We did have some pretty smelly diarrhea from Caleb, but luckily that only lasted for the first day and was better by dinner.

The kids were pretty good and there wasn't as much screaming as last time.

The amount of time to be in the car still sucked. And we decided that it's probably best to stop and stay the night in a hotel to break it up and get a full nights sleep in in an actual bed. It was nice to avoid the extra cost of doing so though.

Thank goodness we don't have to do it again for another year!
